'Coping with Eating Difficulties’ is a series of information materials to help patients cope with eating difficulties associated with the side-effects of cancer and its treatment. Developed in partnership with users and professionals specifically for Black and Minority Ethnic groups, the booklets are written in plain language and include:
culturally appropriate dietary advice
advice for coping with specific eating difficulties
traditional meal ideas
cooking tips and recipes
patient quotes
The series is the first of its kind and has been approved and reviewed by specialist groups of the British Dietetic Association.
