The Cancer Drug Fund (CDF) has replaced the Interim Cancer Drugs Fund (ICDF) from 1st April 2011. It is anticipated that the CDF will be available for three years, until March 2014, and it will operate in a similar way to the previous ICDF.
This page contains the NHS London Policy for the Cancer Drug Fund (CDF), a patient information leaflet, and a list of drugs and individual application forms for the treatments currently available via the fund. The list of available treatments is under regular review and drugs will be added to and removed from the CDF in line with NICE appraisals and local commissioning decisions regarding cancer drugs.
